Change network configuration of the VSI without re-provisioning

In the VSI, it's currently not possible to add or remove network adapters without re-provisioning the VSI. Simple elements such as adding network interface to a new VLAN or changing a network adapter configuration.

    This request is for the Classic VSI. I am aware of the capability on VPC VSI :-)

    Hi Alexandre, is this request for Classic VSI or VPC VSI? We do have this capability on VPC VSI documented here: https://cloud.ibm.com/apidocs/vpc#create-instance-network-interface
