We should be able to delete ALBs on IKS Classic Infrastructure

In the current setup, the ALBs provisioned with IKS in Classc Infrastructure mode cannot be deleted - only disabled, and their deployment removed from the Kubernetes cluster.

We should be able to have these definitions removed as metadata, so they don't clutter the ibmcli command output.
