Details behind error condition with LPARs in PowerVS
Example:
Attempted to deploy 2 LPARs in PowerVS, one would consistently fail - going into error state, with no other details. Tried a number of times to redeploy the one LPAR with the same result. Atempted the next day and it worked.

I checked with support and was told:
. One frame was reporting NovaLink errors and the build request failed. Rebooting NovaLink resolved the issue
. One instance failed with an error that it was unable to allocate the network.

All useful information that should be available to the end user, without having to hassle support.
