We are using the IBM Cloud services as our DR strategy. We have a couple of large databases that would have to be restored during a DR scenario or our annual tests. These database restores require interaction and run for nearly 4 hours. Disabling session timeout would alleviate the manual monitoring of the jobs and making sure we click the screen every 15 minutes. If we lose our session, the job dies.

I've asked the same and I think there's no easy solution with the noVNC console, but you can use a WA and connect with a REAL LAN Console, setting up properly the Service Tools Server LAN Adapter:
