ibmcloud CLI for arm architecture

Currently, ibmcloud CLI does NOT support ARM architecture:

https://github.com/IBM-Cloud/ibm-cloud-cli-release/releases/


That would be nice to support them, such as linux/arm64(Mac M1) and linux/arm/v7(Raspberry Pi), also. There would be many developers or students who use Mac M1 and/or Raspberry Pi. We should not ignore them.
