Allow consumer lag metric in IBM managed Sysdig from IBM Enterprise Event Streams

When using Enterprise Event Streams we are able to visualize metrics through managed sysdig. In looking through Sysdig documentation there is no way to check Kafka consumer lag through metrics. This is an important metric as it can verify consumer and producer issues and allow a team to alert if there is a failure on either side of the channel.
