UI options in portal - for Rename, Move files between buckets of same COS instance

I see that there is an API for COS to move objects between one bucket to another bucket of same instance. I guess it allows users to define the new file name to be used to copy to another bucket. However, when i review the similar options, we do not have any of this functionality exist in COS portal UI.
