Display group membership in UI when user added via dynamic rule.

Per IBM documentation: "When users are added to an access group by a rule, they aren't displayed as members on the access group user list."

How are users who do not have access to the ibmcloud command line going to know what groups they are in?

We would like to request that users membership display correctly, including when they are added via a dynamic rule addition.

Additionally, when added to an access group via a dynamic rule, the group listing should visually indicate which groups were added dynamically.
