Local or Toll Free Number to contact IBM Cloud Support from the UK

Currently the only way to contact IBM Cloud directly via telephone is on the

+1-866-403-7638 number which is Toll free from the US, but chargeable in the UK (and anywhere outside of the US I assume).

If you have extended support calls and you are based outside of the US then this can soon rack up significant call charges.

I know you can contact IBM Cloud Support using the Ticket System, and live chat (...and even use these to request Webex sessions with IBM Cloud Support) but sometimes the easiest and fastest method is to just pick up the phone.

We have local contact numbers for IBM Hardware Support and IBM Software Support so it seems an unfortunate anomaly that there are no local numbers for IBM Cloud Support.
