Add Cloud Shell access with Trusted Profiles

Our client has decided to use Trusted Profiles to perform our logins in the portal of IBM Cloud as this way we don't need to have local users and this method is preferred over Dynamic rules. We have tried Trusted Profiles and many things work perfectly but Cloud Shell can't be used when you login with a Trusted Profile
