API for IBM maintenance or outage events

We are a current IBM cloud customer hosting a webapp using IBM services.

We have a monitoring platform that integrates with e-mail, slack, etc. that can send us alerts when our services are experiencing interruptions.

As part of IBMs ongoing processes occasionally maintenance will be performed that may impact performance or availability of those services.

What we would like is for an API to be available that will be updated in real time when planned maintenance is being performed, or when unexpected outages have occurred. This will allow us to use the monitoring platform we prefer with out preferred notification platform (email, slack, etc etc) to receive notifications on these events, and potentially allow us to do things like silent alerts, or even suppress alerts from firing.
