There is a requirement to receive the logDNA alerts directly on the Microsoft teams channel. Currently, we have email alerts configured.
As suggested by IBM support, there is option for Webhooks but they are not secure as anyone who has the URL can post from outside the organisation which can have a malicious link. That's why Webhooks has been disabled.
The other option is to directly send to the teams email but due to security concerns only restricted domains inside the organisation have the permission to send messages into teams.
Graph API which is an authenticated method of sending messages to Teams. A vendor application requires a connector to post to Teams.
If logDNA could have the ability to use custom connectors in the form of graph API, then it would solve the problem.

Hi. This idea was shared with our logging provider and unfortunately a custom connector or Graph API is not under further consideration at this time. However, as part of this review it was suggested that every MS Teams rooms have an email-address attached. So email notifications can go into a MS Teams room.
