Proxy settings in Red Hat OpenShift on IBM Cloud

I would use RHCOS in a pure OpenShift environment.

However, ROKS uses RHEL7 and there is no machineConfigOperator either.


Therefore, Proxy setting to WorkerNode cannot be done by setting cluster Proxy object as shown in the following URL.

IBM Cloud does not support manual Proxy configuration and does not provide any means.

Even though this is a ROKS-specific constraint.

This is a fatal problem for customers with access control requirements, so please improve it.

It affects customers who want to control all Internet communication with Proxy.
