After creating all my alerts in a single LogDNA service I exported the JSON, and edited it slightly (the names of the views and the Slack webhook channel) and tried to import it but couldnt.
I am trying to have the same consistent monitoring across 12 services, the services all got to same pager duty, but different slack channels. If they do not use the service name in each filter there is no way to know where the alerts come from, especially in the case of alerts using absence of logic

An alternative approach to handling customizations is supported. As noticed and indicated in this idea submission, manually editing the file after iniital export leads to a corrupted fiie. Manually editing the file is not supported.
The alternative approach is using the API https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/log-analysis?topic=log-analysis-export_api_v2 to build the customizations.
