Notification for BCS/FCS B side failure

We heard that the emergency announce will be reported only when BCS/FCS both A/B side are on failure, and there are no announcement when only BCS/FCS B side failure is on failure.

But I want a announcement.

Because we are using both BCS/FCS and when in failiure, the bandwith will get narrowed, SNMP trap will be reported, etc. If those happen without annoucement, we must invesitgate the cause and spend a huge time. If annoucement published, we can wait for the recovery without needless work.

Please give us announcement when BCS/FCS B side failure is on failure.
