Request for PowerVS service (and IBM Cloud) offering in MEA data centers for customers in the region.​ Almost all of the Hyperscalers have DCs across MEA. In order to compete with them, there has to be a least one DC in MEA. Current closest DC for IBM Cloud is Frankfurt.
