Similar to the IDEA-I-3516 (for CLI), please "hide" (filter out) any IBM Cloud accounts (IMS Account ID + Account Name) from the UI's "select account" drop down list (the one between the "Manage" drop down and the "IBM Cloud Shell" icon in the upper right corner of the UI).
As IBM Cloud accounts in DELETED (as well as SUSPENDED and CANCEL_PENDING) status can't be accessed any more, it doesn't make sense and help to show them in the UI any more.
My individual IBM Cloud user id / IBMid was (is) member of a bunch of IBM Cloud accounts which got deleted (now in CANCELED status) and it's really very annoying and disturbing that CANCELED accounts are still showing up.

Once I select one of these "CANCELED" / "CANCEL_PENDING" / "SUSPENDED" accounts I get the misleading: "Error: User is suspended, error code : BXNIM0436E", which is - in fact - due to disabled / suspended / canceled account but not suspended user.
Please also have a look into my new comment at IDEA-I-3516. I'm going to attach a screenshot which shows at least 7 inactive accounts (red part) showing up in my drop down list -- which doesn't make sense (UX issue), because selecting those accounts will end up up errors. Please filter out any account which isn't "ACTIVE" state.
