Provide invoice details via (Billing) API using a ServiceID (Billing/Viewer)
Can you pls. extend the (Billing) API to allow retrieval of the index/list of invoices as well attachments (PDF, PDF-extended, XLS) via the API using (!) a ServiceID w/ API key and "Billing/Viewer" access policy assigned?
The CLI tool doesn't offer an easy way to retrieve an index/list of the (new) invoices on an IBM Cloud account. Yes, there is a nasty workarround using "ibmcloud sl call-api ...", but this requires an individual user's IBMid to get invited to and activiated in each and every IBM Cloud account in question. The "ibmcloud sl" path does not support ServiceIDs to be used and lacks IAM enablement.

I support this request: we ran with the Lufthansa account into problems, because also for MCMP/KCMP currently only personal IDs are possible for several accesses to IBM Cloud. This creates problems when the owner of such an ID leaves the company.
