Enable AIX LPAR reboot with a dump option for a hung server.

We had a situation that AIX server was hung and rebooted the server. Customer requested for RCA of server hung.

AIX Vendor support team could not able to provide the RCA as the server was not rebooted with dump option. The AIX server was not rebooted with dump option as the Power VS UI doesn't have the option enabled.

Hence we would required the option " AIX server reboot with dump option" which is very useful to provide RCA to customer.
