Server status in the portal is automatically reflected even when shutdown is executed (not from portal actions menu, but) from OS function.

I would like the status to be displayed correctly (the power-on menu appears) in the "Action.." menu of the portal even when the OS is shut down. Alternatively, I would like to see a display that shows that there is no problem in executing the power off operation after shutdown.

Running virtual servers, I often encounter the following issues related to server shutdown and startup.

1. Make a remote desktop connection to the Windows virtual server and shut it down from the Windows shutdown menu.

2. In the "Action.." menu of the device screen of the IBM Cloud web console, "Power off" remains active (interpreting that the power remains on), so when I select Power off reluctantly, An error message like "server has already been halted" appears.

3. "Power On" appears in the "Action.." menu.

I've gotten used to this phenomenon because it happens so often that I don't see it as a big problem, but I'm hesitant to power off a server that might be running an OS. Additionally, I am not confident in guiding the customers we support that nothing will go wrong with this operation.
