Overall System’s responses are always too slow.How do I get a quick operation?

[a]Screen display of each action on IBM Cloud takes about 5 sec to 1 min.

ex.

・Have to always wait to see resouce list in Around October, 2022.

・Have to wait to screen make PowerVS instance.

[b]"Client-to-site Servers" created in "VPNs for VPC" does not always appear despite existing in Around October,November, 2022.

[c]It took up to two hours for status to be active after pressing the PowerVS Create button. This happened once in ten times in Around October, 2022.(S922,AIX 7200)

[a] Waiting time is 0sec to 5sec.

[b] The VPN server that exists is displayed.

[c] PowerVS become active quickly.
