Have a test page to allow clients to test ping and latancy to each datacenter

Something like https://cloudpingtest.com/digital_ocean which allow the client to see the basic network stats from its location to all IBM DC.

And have all the information at glance, and not like the looking glass page, where you need to test manually each DC.
