Service tags for Security Groups and ACLs

It would be very helpful if we could work with service tags for the SG and ACL definitions. For example, for Internet traffic, Zones, IBM Cloud Services, Cloudflare, etc.

This would make manual and static maintenance of long lists of IPs in the SGs and ACLs much easier.

We know this from Azure and have always missed it in the IBM Cloud.

Currently we want to allow network traffic only from the cloud internet service. For this, we have to maintain static IPs that change regularly - that's not cool.
