Please list incidents which can cause customer impact on Notifications in the portal .

When there is back bone issue, now IBM Cloud does not notify it to the customer because they cannot know which customer gets impacted.

    Hi Victoria, I know those sites but the point is what kind of incident will be listed there. I got the respones from IBM Cloud support team that they do not list any network back bone issue because they cannot identify impacted customer names. However, I would like to request to list such incident also. Possible impacted users will be able to know there is an incident at IBM Cloud.
