VPC Bandwidth

Currently the VPC infrastructure has no place to track outbound traffic, if this generates any costs.

I have a Kubernets service that needs to measure the amount of GB used per month, but unfortunately there is no place that can get this information, especially if this traffic is being charged.

It would be something simple like what currently occurs with the classic infrastructure.
