Possibility to use a SSL wildcard certificate multiple times per region in code engine

Change in the policy for SLL certificates with wildcard in code engine

Now the policy about the creation and use of SLL certificates allows a wildcard certificate to be used only once per region,

The issue is that if you can only use one wildcard certificate per region, a possible solution is to have all the applications in the same project in the same code engine region and use the same certificate, this way my applications use the same one to generate customs domains by application.

This works, but the issue is that this way I lose traceability of costs, because if all my applications are in the same project, they are all in the same resource group.

The idea is to allow the use of an Ssl certificate with wildcard more than once in different projects with differents resource groups to be able to track the costs by app (or project) using the same wildcard certificate.

We have moved this feature into our roadmap. While there is no committed date, we are expecting it to be live in 4Q23.
