Hi Narender. IBM Cloud Monitoring has built-in email integration. Here is a link to the documentation. Will that meet your needs?
You also have the option to use separate services like IBM Cloud Event Notifications if more sophisticated routing is required.
IBM monitoring service should have email capability to send emails based on configuration.

Still - my suggetion is to enable direct email alerts from system to the email without any additional services integration. I get this from Azure. These are the basic capabilities of the cloud.
