Monitoring shared pool utilization

I would like to know the real/effective CPU utilization PowerVS shared pool in IBM Cloud. I have LPARs in pools that are lacking of compute. Before adding additionnal CE to those LPARs I need to know/validate if shared pool are correctly sized, and if I need to increase the pool size AND the CE size for the LPARs. WhaI use nmon tool on LPARs, going to the "LPAR" index (in the nmon.xls output file) then to the "Shared pool utilisation" graph : I don't see other LPARs usage (see attached screenshot). Is it possible to authorized any LPAR of a shared pool to see other LPARs load and to show the pool utilisation ? Is is simpler than to aggregate multiple LPARs nmon in nmon consolidator !!!

On "real" Power this authorisation is given through HMC to the LPARs ...
