Request for disclosure of knowledge regarding various XenTools issues held by IBM Cloud Support

Currently, our customers are trying to upgrade Xen Tools on VSI.

However, they are encountering various difficulties.


I'm guessing that IBM Cloud support has also received various inquiries about upgrading XenTools.

As a result, I think IBM Cloud has gained a lot of knowledge about XenTools issues.


Therefore, I would like to ask IBM Cloud to share with us users the knowledge of the various problems encountered when upgrading XenTools.
