Allow to connect to the IBM Cloud portal from VPC and PowerVS instances (without Internet access)

Sometimes we need to automate or script some actions on our VMs or LPARs for backup, restore, and management purposes. It would be great to connect to the portal using the CLI  or APIs pointing to a local address (maybe the gateway)

    Yes please. A VPE to the IBM Cloud CLI was very useful.
