Provide Internet access on PowerVS without Internet publishing
When we don't add Internet access to our network settings we are not able to download PTFs, fixes, updates or install open source tools, unless we set an instance with this features or jump to VPC landing zone and use a VRA or proxy VM.
It would be great to have Internet access on specific networks without publishing services.

This feature could use a similar mechanism as the actual "Internet Access" or use an HTTP/SOCKS proxy to add a more secure/filtered/shared access on one of the existing subnets.
There are many scenarios were we need to to download information (fixes and patches, installation media, download software keys) or upload data (backup, webservices, license keys activations) but we want to avoid publishing services.
When using Linux this is a must.
Creating a proxy server "manually" is a risk , there is a cost and customers need enough skills with Linux to do that.
A good complement to VPNaaS on PowerVS could be an option to just access the Internet , but without publishing.
I think this could be a very popular feature.
