Create multizone region & Code Engine support for IBM cloud in India (Chennai)

We are using IBM cloud resources in multiple regions as per our customer needs. We use IBM cloud's Code Engine, Kubernetes Service, Cloudant, DNS, etc. When we tried to create a Code Engine project in Chennai region (India) , it did not allow because the Chennai region is not a multi zone region and also currently there is no Code Engine support present in Chennai region.

So we want Multi zone region in India (Prefrably Chennai) which supports all major IBM Cloud resources.
