About the additional event notification when the maintenance time is extended

I've already mentioned in following Case, maintenance was not completed by the end time in notification that had been issued beforehand.

Allowing degraded operation in only during the maintenance time, we switch our application to BCP site, but service for our end users had been affected by unreported extended maintenance.

If the maintenance time is extended, some notifications about progress status and estimated completion time should be announced.

I think that it is common sense for infra operator.

I want you to improve this policy.

If this continues, it is difficult to provide service on IBM Cloud.
