Add the ability from the Cloud GUI to move a partition into a Shared Processor Pool

I have an existing partition but I'm not allowed to edit it and add it to a Shared Processor Pool.  The only option available in the Cloud GUI is to create a partition in the Shared Processor Pool.  How can I move an existing Partition into a Shared Processor Pool.
