Billing Reports

IBM Billing Instance report does not contain source volume name of snapshots, we are backing up daily 100+ volume and in the month end report its hard to correlate which snapshot related to which volume in the report to calculate the billing. Raised this query with IBM support, but dont have solution so far.

    Hi Abhilash, we dont generally have access to support cases as such so providing as much details in the Idea will surely help. If you can attach more details on this Idea will be really helpful

    Who ever asking or changing the status to needs more information please ref - CS4029038, yes please refer this case. Your support team fully understood what we need and infact your support team suggested to submit idea. If my Idea description in not understable, please refer the case.
