Feature requests for IBM Transit Gateway Route Tables.

Proposed feature:
Like the AWS implementation (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/tgw/tgw-route-tables.html), users can define the Transit Gateway Route Table (TGRT) per connection. In the example below, customer-1’s TGRT can see the route to Customer-1’s VPC and Shared VPC, not Customer-2’s VPC, and vice versa for Customer-2.
