Collect failed event function of event notification does not work for Email and Webhook types.

The Collect failed events feature can log other types, but I don't see any reason why it can't support email and webhooks, and there's no mention of this in the documentation.

I think it should log when an event fails to be sent, just like the other types.

The logs output by this feature can be useful for diagnosing problems, and by checking them periodically you may notice that notifications are failing.
