Power infrastructure instances and volumes tagging possibility

It would be useful to have a possibility of tagging IBM Cloud Power service instances and Storage volumes for more detailed resource accounting. By the moment it's only possible to put tags on the whole workspace, but it's impossible to determine purpose of each component (AIX instance or storage volume) of the workspace. If tags are available in 'Export CSV' facility on the 'Billing and Usage' topic and IBM CLI 'ibmcloud billing' command, it also will be very helpful.
