Not able to add/update the PowerVS Volume Group/Consistency Group through Terraform 1.74.0

I want to update my VG/CG after its created with terraform for GRS. This feature does not exists as of now.

Also, power volume creation should have an attribute to provide the name of VG/CG once we selected the attribute "Replication Enabled" to true.
