Allow more than 10TB to be exported to COS.

Hello good afternoon.

I'm here on behalf of one of our Customers, to ask that IBM Cloud allow us to make a PowerVS image export to COS, when the image is bigger than 10TB.

Give us at least 15TB or 20TB, pleeease.

Use case:

Image capture and export is a great way to backup the LPAR, better that i.e. the SAVE 21 on IBM i.

A 4.5TB LPAR takes about 15 minutes or less to make the capture to image catalog and with zero downtime.

We have been using this approach with excellent success.

Instead of a SAVE 21, we make a capture every day to image catalog, and export one every week to COS for redundancy.

But we now have one LPAR that is 10340GB, and because of those extra 340GB we are now unable to export it to COS.
