Cloud Monitoring private endpoints login link from dashboard

In each Cloud Monitoring dashboard, we have seen a switch to enable public access to the dashboard. Convenient as it is, we find it to be a "unsecure" as anyone with the link could access our data. Is it possible to make use of "private endpoints" so that the dashboard URL can only be accessed from inside our private network?
