Integrating Multiple Backup Policies with Event Notifications

I have multiple backup jobs in multiple regions (more than 1 in same region also). How can I integrate these with single event notifications instance. I know, only one backup policy can be attached to event notifications instance. I do not want to create/manage multiple event notifications instances.

    The customer is looking to integrate various backup policies from different regions into a single event notifications service instance that is provisioned in the appropriate area for better management.
