Add Japanese image to PowerVS

Currently, PowerVS only offers 2924/2984 as its IBM i boot image selection. I'd like a Japanese image, even if it's just as a secondary language.

Setting up a separate COR server and installing Japanese would take a significant amount of time. Including Japanese would also be helpful in terms of disaster recovery, as it would reduce recovery time.

Please provide an image containing Japanese (2930/2962).
