Timeout Settings for Initial Synchronization in PostgreSQL Logical Replication

During the initial synchronization of logical replication, large tables may experience timeouts and fail to complete.


It appears to depend on `statement_timeout`, as it times out after approximately 12 hours (43,200,000 ms).
Since the only currently configurable parameters are those listed on the following page, please add this one.
