Protect option on specific PowerVS VSIs

Please, add a checkbox to lock unexpected VSI removal. We are cloning PowerVS VSIs for test purposes with a schedulled task/job, and our concern is we could delete by error the production system. 

My request: A mechanism to lock VSIs  manually, so we have to change explicitly this option to remove it programmatically (CLI, API, Ansible, Terraform, etcetera). Default: Unprotected

This will improve VSI security for sensitive environments. Something similar to ProxMox protection option for VMs.
