CIS Feature Addition

To make rule management easier and more secure, we propose the following features:

1.Rule Simulation/Test Mode
A mode allowing testing of firewall or WAF rules before application would be highly beneficial, enabling verification of whether requests are permitted or blocked.

2.Geolocation Access Testing
A means to simulate access from different regions would help verify that rules function as expected for users in various locations.

These features would significantly enhance usability and operational security.
