Use Tier-3 volumes when creating a boot image from an exported VSI

When exporting a VSI to an Image Catalog (probably confusing term for IBM i guys) , the boot image uses the same Tier on the source volumes. 

Boot Images are not production data, but data on rest, and cost is the same than VSI attached ones. 
Please, make a change so boot target volumes use cheaper Tier-3, or allow to change the tier with Flex-IOPs feature.
