Please, add an option to remove AJAX and animations (IDEA-I-4283 Part 1)

IBM Power Virtual Server portal is slow, so I am asking for a lighter portal to make Power Virtual Server more user friendly.

IDEA-I-4283 was marked as delivered, but nothing has changed

Portal can turn slow as making impossible to use.
