Add product short names in the search bar assistant

In your web interfaces for support, you have useful search bars which allow to search for a product and offer completion suggestions. See attached screenshot for example. These bars, unfortunately, do not include usual short names such as "EWM" for "Engineering workflow manager" or "ETM" for "Engineering test manager", which makes it tedious to find them. Please add these options to the lists.
