Historical Project level resource usage data for IT budget planning

Requesting historical Resource Usage by Project , Service & User. Priority is to identify the most active projects to budget accordingly

Specifically for CP4DaaSz

Current state:

• Current system shows monthly project statistics but lacks historical data

• SaaS services have been cut down, requiring active monitoring of group usage

• Project dashboard displays current month resource usage and shows zero usage for new month until activity occurs. Real time data available but no historical tracking

• With the main monitoring tools available theres service level filtering but not by individual projects , limited to only service breakdowns

  • Billing & usage section provides service-level breakdown

  • Project filter exists but only at IBM Cloud project level

    • Not granular enough for individual project tracking

    • Doesn’t meet current monitoring needs

Analysis tools show comprehensive service usage but lack project granularity
